Ahhh it feels like a weight has been lifted. I felt seen, heard, and understood all at the same time. Waya is a great informative and intentional healing guide. He wanted us to literally WITNESS our truth without trying to fix anything. Be present in the moment. He provided tips that are easy to apply to help us process our grief and manage our emotions.

Waya has helped me reclaim and reconcile pieces of myself and my identity that I had hidden over the years.
